Marcel has an extensive education in the industry Certificate III in Carpentry, Cert. IV in Building and Construction, Diploma in Project Management, he was able to get in the tools and have a lot of experience working for other builders in all sorts of job sites, from small renovations to high rises and high-end projects. He integrated the Giglio Construction team in 2021 and he was invited to be part of the board as CFO where he and his business partners came up with the GCD with the goal of being the most innovative and refined Construction and Development Company in the market.
Nicholas is the Operational Director and Head Carpenter of the team. He is always bringing the best energy to the job sites, relieving the stress with a unique experience in solving problems quickly. Aligned to the mission and values of the company he helps delivering the best customer experience with his integrity and transparency. With a Bachelor in Business and Administration in Brazil, Cert. III in Carpentry and a Cert. IV in Building & Construction, Nick has been exposed to many different types of projects, from small residential scopes to high-end jobs, always delivering the best outcomes.
Thiago has an extensive academic background. He has started his studies as an Electronic Technician, followed by a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and a post graduation in Work Safety Engineering. With currently more than 9 years experience in construction sites management, he came to Australia to improve his English in 2017 and fell in love with the place. Decided then to keep his studies up to date, so he started a Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Project Management in 2018, followed by a Certificate III in Carpentry in 2020.
Guilherme Guedes
CARPENTER
Graduated in Marketing Management back in Brazil. He came to Australia in 2015 seeking for new experiences, adventures and to improve his English as well. Besides that, he has found the opportunity to get along with Carpentry, where he started his certificate III in Carpentry at TAFE QLD in 2019. At the same time, Gui started working with commercial jobs, to apply the knowledge acquired during the course and to renovations, new buildings, commercial and government sites. Gui loves surfing and spending time out in the nature which he hopes to share those passions with his son.
Riley Stack
CARPENTER
Riley got involved in the construction industry through his dad, who is an experienced carpenter as well, when he was fifteen years old. In 2019, Riley graduated in certificate III in Carpentry, accumulating nearly 10 years of experience in the sector. It’s been a pleasure for him to get to know and work alongside the team at GCD and he is looking forward to the future as he knows GCD are always striving for more.
